A waste of money

This product is a complete waste of money and the marketing spiel on the box about how it takes less than 10 seconds to assemble the table is in my opinion nothing short of a lie.

Product quality is terrible and assembly is a total pain. The legs unfold pretty quickly but attaching the upper runners and the table top is an excercise in frustration since you need to line the pegs up with holes that can't be seen during the assembly - lots of groping around needed. Putting the table back in its carrying bag is even worse and takes about 10 minutes to do.

I immediately sent the product back to Amazon since it does not in any way meet the claims in the ad - but unfortunately I am now $30 out of pocket for returning it.

Glass top required

The table looks nice and is a good size. The problem is that it does not come with a glass table top. In the heat the top gets warm and stretches making things on the table tip over or sink. It is also difficult to clean with no top. I would give this table a 5 star rating if the glass top was included. I had to purchase one separatly for $160 making the overall cost of the table somewhat expensive. I do LOVE the strathwood collection though a good value and beautiful furniture.More detail ...

Lifetime 72" Round Table

We needed a solution to seat 10 for dinner parties and this table works wonderfully. Once dressed with a nice tablecloth you would never know it is a folding table. we had been looking at crate&barrel and pottery barn sets but wanted to be able to eat as well as have a patio set so when i stumbled across these we jumped at the chance. build quality is really sturdy and the size is perfect for eating and hanging out with a group of 6 and their food drinks and serving dishes. the assembly was extremely easy and the hardware was impressively organized and labeled to match the instructions. i definitely recommend the entire set.More detail ...

Expensive Look for Indoors or Out

I LOVE these tables. I think they have a nice weight to them and I live in very windy Arizona and we just get beat up with the dust and wind. The finish is very nicely applied almost like a power coat finish. Personally I use 2 outdoors and 1 inside (in the breakfast nook with a couple of loungy chairs they have a good "sun-room" look) and have received compliments on both. They are also the best packaged of all Strathwood or any other products I've purchased through Amazon.com. There is foam firmly inserted between each table so they shouldn't scratch in shipping.
